Exciting News: Our Sustainable Brewery Opens at a New Venue

We’re thrilled to announce that our sustainable brewery has opened at our new venue! This is a big milestone for us as we continue to embrace sustainability and expand our reach. With this new venue, we hope to bring our eco-friendly beer to even more people and provide them with an enjoyable drinking experience. We’re looking forward to a bright future in our new location and are excited to share this journey with you!

We set out in December to relocate our premises and embarked on an incredible journey to make our brewery bigger to welcome more people. What a journey we have been on! It was not an easy task, but with the help of our dedicated team and supporters, we were able to find a new venue that aligns perfectly with our vision. We had to find the perfect location that would not only accommodate our growing brewery operations but also align with our commitment to sustainability. After months of searching and exploring various options, we stumbled upon a hidden gem tucked away in a scenic location. Have you seen our new place? It's absolutely stunning! We spent countless hours designing and building our dream brewery from the ground up. We wanted to create a space that produces delicious beer and supports sustainable practices but also provides a place where people can come and socialise and participate in community activities, in a friendly atmosphere. Surrounded by lush greenery and with a picturesque view of the local park, it truly captures the essence of our brewery's vision.

Not only does the new venue offer ample space for our brewing equipment and storage, but it also has a beautiful outdoor space where patrons can enjoy our handcrafted beers while taking in the serene surroundings. We couldn't be more thrilled!

But finding the perfect location wasn't our only consideration. We wanted our new brewery to be a model of sustainability. From the design and construction process to the daily operations, we made sure to incorporate eco-friendly features. Our brewery is equipped with solar panels that harness the power of the sun to meet a significant portion of our energy needs, and we are developing a filtration system to deal with our wastewaterfrom the brewing process.

Have you seen our new place? We could not wait to showcase our brewery and our beers to our loyal customers and the wider community. Our team has been working tirelessly to perfect our craft and we are excited to havefinally opened on Friday 20 June, and it was an incredibly special day for all of us at the company. The sun was shining, and we welcomed lots of our regulars to our new bar.

We have the same brews as before but are looking at developing more unique and sustainable beer options. Our new venue has allowed us to expand our creativity and experiment with different brewing techniques. We are excited to showcase our range of beers, from the classic pilsners to the innovative flavours we have been experimenting with. Our goal has always been to create high-quality beer that our community can enjoy and be proud of. Our team is always eager to share our passion for craft beer and sustainability with our customers. We are excited to showcase our beers and continue to provide high-quality brews to our community.

We are grateful for the support and encouragement we have received throughout this journey. The people who called in to check on our progress during the building stages really filled our hearts and kept us going. It takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a whole community to build a brewery.

Without our community of Major Sponsors, members, and also our regular patrons, we wouldn't be where we are today. Opening a new venue for our sustainable brewery is a dream come true, and we owe it all to the support we've received from our incredible community.

First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude to our major sponsors. Their generous contributions have made it possible for us to turn our vision into reality. Their belief in our mission and commitment to sustainability has been truly inspiring. Without their financial support, we would not have been able to build the state-of-the-art facility that we have today.

We also want to thank our members who signed up to our membership base, for their ongoing support and dedication. Your commitment to our brewery and your belief in the importance of sustainable practices have been instrumental in our success. Your feedback, ideas, and involvement in our brewery community have been invaluable.

There is also two people who need to be thanked for their tireless work. Paul Scothern and Davo Scothern. Yes, they are Andy’s younger brothers. You two donated your time, energy and creativity to make this new venue all we had visioned. Turing up daily to build, clean, tile, sort, fix and create. You two are amazing and we cannot thank you both enough for all that you did to make this place possible.

Last but certainly not least, we want to express our heartfelt appreciation to our regular patrons. Your continued patronage and enthusiasm for our craft beers have been instrumental in our growth. We are thrilled to have created a space where you can enjoy our beers while knowing that every sip contributes to a more sustainable future.

We are overwhelmed with gratitude for all the support we have received throughout our journey. Opening our brewery at a new venue is a major milestone for us, and we couldn't have done it without each and every one of you. As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we promise to continue our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and community involvement.
