• Solar Power: Harnessing the sun's energy to power our brewery and reduce our carbon footprint.

• Recycling: Spent grain is repurposed as stock feed, and hops and yeast are composted for local community gardens.

• Water Conservation: Heat exchange water is reused for future brews, achieving one of the most efficient water-to-beer ratios in the industry—just 1.4 litres of water per litre of beer.

• Eco-conscious Equipment: We repurpose and maintain brewing equipment for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.

These sustainable practices not only contribute to a greener planet but also enhance the quality and flavour of our beers.
